Absolute Escapade, known as “Koko” around the barn, is a 1999 mare sired by Tedwin Titlist. Koko is the product of line breeding to Upwey Ben Don and Waseeka’s Nocturne through UVM Flash and Tedwin Topic. Shown several times in-hand and in performance, she has won at Morgan Heritage Days, Vermont Spring Classic, and the Region 2 Morgan Championship Show in Syracuse, New York.
Koko exhibits many of the qualities that are looked for in Morgans that are trained for the sport horse disciplines of dressage, jumping, carriage, and combined driving. Koko stands about 14.3 hands, the perfect size for a western performance horse, and has been trained to compete in reining, which requires outstanding balance, a powerful hind end, and a good mind.
In 2009 Koko produced her first baby -- Absolute Sparkle -- sired by Equinox Challenge. Sparkle's excellent disposition, correct conformation and beauty promises a bright future for Koko as a broodmare.
